Matt Decker

Senior Advisor

For over fifteen years, Mr. Decker has been at the center of international politics. He has assisted foreign countries, multinational corporations, and trade promotion organizations in pursuing their various political and commercial interests around the globe. As part of his international consulting work, Mr. Decker delivers speeches and informational seminars to foreign government officials and business leaders around the world.  In 2005, Mr. Decker designed and implemented a series of training programs in Washington, DC for newly arriving Ambassadors, diplomats, military officers, and foreign business leaders. In 2015, he trained embassy staff from more than 100 countries on the intricacies of the U.S. federal government and American politics. Previously, Mr. Decker served as the congressional and political advisor to the British Embassy and as a political advisor to the Japanese Embassy in Washington, DC. Mr. Decker also has many years’ experience working for the U.S. Congress, serving as an international trade and foreign policy advisor to Congressman Mark Souder of Indiana.  Mr. Decker is a graduate of Indiana University, with a bachelor’s degree in political science.  He also holds a master’s degree in political management from The George Washington University in Washington, DC.
